What Brings You here?

Anxiety & Overthinking

You can’t stop replaying that conversation at 2AM

Perfectionism & High Expectations

Nothing ever feels good enough, no matter how long you work on it

People-Pleasing & Boundaries

The idea of saying “no” fills you with guilt and dread

Relationship Issues & Communication

When the same patterns keep showing up in the people closest to you

Burnout, Stress & Caregiver Overwhelm

You’ve been doing everything, for everyone, for what feels like forever

Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

You aren’t sure what you even want anymore, and often look outside yourself to try and find it

Maybe you're someone who is used to holding it all together. You spend a lot of time thinking things through, trying to get things right, or making sure the people around you are okay. And yet, you might find yourself overthinking, struggling to know what you want, avoiding difficult conversations, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships.

Perhaps you understand yourself quite well, but still find it difficult to do things differently. Or maybe there's a sense that something is missing, even when life looks good on the outside.

In our work together, we'll get curious about what's happening beneath the surface. We'll explore where your patterns come from, what they've helped you navigate, and whether they're still serving you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. Expect lots of questions, honest conversations, new perspectives, and a little humour along the way. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly where you need to go; we can figure that out together.

I work with people navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, relationship and family dynamics, life transitions, grief, and substance use concerns. At the heart of this work is helping you reconnect with your own needs, trust yourself more, and find new ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life.

The goal isn't to become a better version of someone you think you should be. It's to understand yourself more deeply, feel more connected to what matters to you, and have greater freedom in how you move through life.

Welcome, I'm glad you found your way here
